Hey I just built my computer and everything is working and for some reason my PC wont boot up and on my VGA monitor it black screens and on my HDMI monitor it does the same thing but has a No signal its confusing me now and i need help does anybody know why it does that or has a fix

There could be multiple reasons for this to occur.
Make sure you have all power cables hooked up correctly (make sure you have the 4(+4) pin power connector going to your motherboard to power the CPU, for some reason a lot of people miss that cable out).
If you could take a picture of your build it may help us see the problem better.

Are you sure your psu is plugged into your gpu?

That's not really a very good photo, try taking one from a birds eye view of the motherboard, like this:
