I am trying to setup my jatg. I have downloaded dashlaunch v2.2 from xbins but am having trouble setting it up. I unrared (dash_launch_v2.02_for_9199) and put the whole file in partition 3 of my xbox hdd and ran the xex in the installer folder. I followed the onscreen instructions till the xbox shut down, but what do I do now?

I couldnt find the launch.ini I took the info_launch.ini renamed it launch.ini and put it in partition 3 of my 360 hdd.
I used what was in the info_launch.ini and filled in the line
Default = Hdd:\partition3\freestyle\default.exe
did I do it wrong. it still loads to nxe. but I did get unlicenced content to load but i

You need to edit the paths in sample_launch.ini to yours and rename the sample_launch.ini to launch.ini and flash that in using the installer.
You don't need to include the partition on your path and it should be something like
If using freestyle 1.2
Default = LHdd:\Freestyle\FreestyleDash.xex
if using freestyle 2 alpha
Default = LHdd:\Freestyle\default.xex

The info_launch.ini is just telling you how the structure works. The sample_launch.ini has the actual config and is all that is required.
Just change
BUT_X = Usb:\Freestyle\FreestyleDash.xex
to
Default = Hdd:\Freestyle\FreestyleDash.xex
(that is assuming that you are using freestyle 1.2 and that the xex file is in your HDD and in the Freestyle directory)
Change the
Default = Hdd:\Content\0000000000000000\C0DE9999\00080000\C0DE99990F586558
to
BUT_X = Hdd:\Content\0000000000000000\C0DE9999\00080000\C0DE99990F586558
This means holding Button X when booting up XEXMenu will load.
Then rename sample_launch.ini to launch.ini and put it in the installer directory
