Here are the drive specs
Drive : Lite-on
Model : DG-16D5s
MS P/N : X851278-011
Manufactured : July 2011
FW ver : 1175
HW ver : AOAO
I also have the S/N if needed
What do I need to modify this console ex. RGH/Flash/Xk3Y?
I prefer no soldering unless it's the only way
I would also like to know how I can dump the drive keys.

Yes, Your console is able to be flashed but I am not sure about the other 2.
You can look on here for tutorials or Youtube. You will find quite a lot of them. I wish you look.

There is NOT a flash solution for that ROM drive (1175). You will need to RGH this system to retrieve the CPU keys and decrypt that to obtain the DVD keys. Following that, the LTU(2) replacement PCB would be required to play backup discs. Same thing required for the xk3y install.
If you decided to go with the xk3y or replacement PCB, once you obtained the CPU keys you can remove the RGH and rewrite the original nand.
