change the mobo to a z87 and the cpu to the 4670k, they will offer the option of overclocking in the future and i think it should only be about 40 pound over 700 with a coolermaster hyper 212 evo to cool the cpu for some overclocking potential

Overclocking doesn't do much. It,s noticeable, but not worth the huge price difference.
Merkxx: It's a very good solid build buddy, one I'd put together myself. Only thing I'd change is the GPU model, I've heard them Windforce cards get a little loud under load. Apart from that, cracking build.
