I extracted cod ghosts yesterday, ended up formatting HDD and wiped it clean, then went on to extract cod ghosts again and it just goes to 100% but can't seem to find COD anywhere?

Have you tried doing a manual content scan on FSD? once i extract it from the disk i have to do a manual scan for it too show up in my game library.

yes, done manual content scan, when i press extract it just jumps to 100%?

you could trying extracting the dvd through xex menu.
