Hey, ttg I am leader/ founder of this crew.
The Requirements Are:
1:Must Be Good with a Gun
2:Must have any suit ,only black colors
3:have some fast cars or some cool lowriders
4:Must have a hat black only
5:Need a good helicopter Pilot
