i feel like this is going against game rules since its an outside software even though it may be just cosmetic. plus a virus scan would be helpful

I dare you to go to Leaguecraft.com and say i think this is against the rules, that site is so big with mods for league of legends( all 'cosmetic' ).

These things are allowed, but i wouldnt recommend using them. I used to but then when there was a new patch my folders got messed up and i had to reinstall.
