Why make one? 90% of people don't keep it! "Ima go on a diet" two days later "CAKE!!!!" ^_^

I don't see why it's a rant.. People each year
try to become better for the next year. Even if it's
setting fitness goals or trying to eat better. Yeah some people don't follow to what they planned but they try and get back at what they wanted to accomplish.

I definitely agree, there's nothing wrong with setting up yourself for a goal that you're willing to accomplish.

Maybe you're right that 90% of people don't follow through with them.

However, the 10% that do follow through with their resolutions could potentially change their lives for the better.
