i dont know why but when i click to start the program nothing happens what should i do i downloaded it fine but it wont start...

Check the plugins on your console and make sure the dlls that came with the program are still in the same folder as the program

they are all still there i ever tried deleted the folder and redownloading it

is the dll metrothemebyspike??? otherwise i actually dont c a dell xrpc metrothemebyspike and projectgoodbye v2 are all that is in folder

If the tool not fully opening check you net framework it must be on 4.5.

Alright maybe I'm not understanding completely. Does the program open?
If yes and it's not letting you use anything in the program then it's either your plugins or a TU error.
If the program doesn't open then you need to update your Microsoft .NET Framework to 4.5

plug in 2: rpc
plug in 3: xrpc
plug in 4: jrpc
plug in 5 will be xbls but havnt got that yet it will be my first time online modding

You need to update your Microsoft .NET Framework to 4.5 I don't have an exact link, but Google will help ;)
