The penumbra is a single player only car I think.
I been looking for a penumbra with nos/Twin turbo.
If you mod 1 in dupe it with me please gt The Shoeburglar

nah man the penumbra is everywhere in online. look around the rich part of town and you'll probably find one.

You can get the Penumbra online it's a fairly common spawn car.

Franklins Buffalo is a good car it is online to but if you bring it online from story mode you will find it has a lot more customise actions than the one online
