Ok so here's the plan, If you're good at Hex, Which I am but I don't know the values of the NOS etc... Add my Skype - ilxghxli - If you can't read that copy and paste. And we will work together or as a group to get this complete :-D

Hey Outside-World , Where are these values I can't seem to find my number plate for the Sultan. It may be because I edited it with the Save Editor and in the save it's basically the old plate number. But anyway thanks that's very helpful and appreciated! Oh and quick edit! If I upload my save could someone try finding my Sultan, I will edit it myself of course but am I being a noob or is it genuinely not there, If anyone says yes I will upload it A.S.A.P
