I'm looking for a way to get

-free pandora/spotify premium
-free in-app purchases for games
-the best simple looking Themes for winterboard
- a new way to get instagram/twitter followers.. (Follow4Follow doesnt work)

and anything else you guys can recommend from experience.

Install the sinfuliphonerepo to get the Pandora Downloader which is essentially free pandora one and you can download songs.


Edit:
I don't know about the other stuff, only the Pandora Downloader. Its the only reason I jailbreak

Then search "localiAPStore" in black its made by bite you apple! Its for free in game purchases
Ones you click buy click cancel and you should get it!

if you're wanting followers on ios that bad just look into bot services. Not a good way to get them but defiantly a way...

A good theme is Windows8

And a Good Repo is: Repo.insanelyi.com

In that repo is alot of tweaks for free
