Every time I hit connect on my tools nothing happens. My plugins are xbdm XRPC and JRPC. This may be the problem but I'm not sure, I have a windows xp computer and it won't let me install NET framework 4.5, is it possible to get your tools to connect without this?

Your IP could have changed go to xbox neighborhood and re-connect your JTAG typing the new IP should works.
