Not quite sure it is possible, try putting it on a usb and copying it into your hdd

.ff files are a form of readable files, which the xbox uses to read and gets coding from(e.g. a patch), you can only run a .xex

you dont you copy and pste in to the game you have the patchg on then click default_mp.ff
