so i have all my attributes maxed out but I'm not a 99 overall? I'm only a 96. is this supposed to happen if not please help me and give me ideas or tips

Im not 99 yet either, but maybe you have to finish the 1st season? Im not sure, just an idea...

Depends on your position these are the highest ratings for every position: PG:97 SG:99 SF:99 PF:99 C:97

not every my player you make can be a 99 overall

it depends on what type of player you chose when you first made your guy i.e. athletic, 3 point, rebounder

FOR EXAMPLE

a 3 point shooter may only have 80 vertical but if you do athletic his vertical max will be 90 thus making his overall higher
