NFS rivals is the most disappointing game I've ever purchased. Customization options for cars are slim, missions are pointless, free roam is an upgrade to NFS Shift but you can't go anywhere without getting in a cop chase. Cars are decent, mostly high end cars nothing like the older NFS games had. It does have a decent storyline to it, and does you give you the option to play as a cop or a racer. I prefer racer (Cop is too boring. If you are a huge fan of the racing genre I'd wait for Driveclub to be released. Now for 2k14, Very good game, I've owned all the NBA 2k games (Xbox 360 Platform) and this by far surpasses of them. The mycareer option formerly known as my player, is very detailed and actually gives you options that influence how your career will go (sponsorships play a big role) The graphics are unbelievable almost looks like you're actually at the game. I haven't yet ventured into the GM mode, but I've heard great things about it.

Overall Synopsis: Buy NBA, tons more featured to occupy your time, great multiplayer game to play with friends both online and local. EDIT: Online servers are now stable and the game keeps getting better with every update. Also GM mode is very exciting.
