Whilst I see that you're concerned and have a right to tell others of your 'ordeal' the fact that you've omitted the part where I, personally, went on webcam with you and not only explained the situation but also helped you to see what and why the YLOD had occured (Which is primarily due to the fault of the courier) leads me to believe that you have an ulterior motive.

If anyone has any doubts as to our legitimacy I implore you to read the 15 or so pages of vouches on our threads.

I got a console from Vimto works fine, hope it lasts tho, and they do clean the PS3 + replace the thermal paste im opening my PS3 up in a few days and il post you pics of it to show they do clean it! They sell lots of PS3's and probably got mixed up , unless the post man opened the ps3 and damaged it LOL

You have a phat console because that is what you paid for. What you will receive is a working console.

Just to add to this, As PayPal is reasonable, which seems to be contrary to what you're doing at this time, they will side with us due to the evidence of a working console being shipped to you.

But please do not for one second believe that we will refund you, for what could've very well been your wrong doing.

I am deeply sorry that the ps3 has arrived faulty. I can assure the console was fully tested and was working before it was posted. Occasionally we do have parcels which get damaged while in transit.

I understand this is a inconvenience to you and we will try our best to get this problem resolved as quickly as we can. For the matter to be taken further we do require you to return the console to us, The return costs have to be covered by your self. Once the console has been returned we can either send you another fully working console or refund you.

I would like to help you, But i can not refund while you still have the ps3. You will have to return the console first and paypal will say the exact same thing.

Also threatening to get the police involved really does not help either of us.

I understand, but i explained to you that i had no slims in stock so in exchange i would send you a fat ps3 with a controller. You accepted my offer thus changing your order.
