i was wondering if this is a good build its going to be used for editing videos and rendering and small gaming like minecraft is this a good build or could someone build better.

The fact that it is a PC from amazon and is 400BGP is what is wrong with it.

my budget is max 430 GBP and i just need the PC
no monitor
no OS
anything like that i dont need

For 440GBP you can really get a decent build.
