TTG_L0BBIEZz wrote It is actually very common for wires to become cold soldered when they were soldered badly or flux was not used
And how can you infer that his wires were to "become cold soldered" to begin with? Are you able to see his soldering somehow from his OP? Either your connection is cold soldered or not. It does not just change. The Xbox 360 will never reach a temperature that will alter the melting point of solder. If there was a bad solder joint (ie lack of solder between two points), then there is a possibility that the wire may lift. However, these are not one and the same. It's either one or the other.

A software change would not change the fact that the debug isnt flashing
Is that right? Why don't you try writing a 64mb nand image to a 16mb nand and come back and tell is if the CR debug light will flash?

Soooooooooooooo
Nice try
Instead of trying to peddle your services, you should try troubleshooting. The OP did not provide enough details to come to your conclusion of "become cold soldered". And the fact that you can't tell the difference would make me reluctant to use any of your services.
Instead of touting "magic" as a viable solution, maybe you should try again.
