My Mic was working fine and suddenly it has stopped working i can hear my friends but they cant hear me, please help

Are you talking about the microphone that comes with the console? If so, maybe it has something to do with the cable that connects to the controller.

I checked the xbox website and apparently you can request a replacement microphone if you register your console online. Here's a forum thread made in the xbox support website that might interest you:
