How hard is it to actually put the pc parts together to make the pc? And what parts should I get for gaming, I wan't to play Rust and Dayz Standlalone mainly so what are the best pieces to buy to play those games? And as I said how hard is the assembling of the pc? Thanks

Building a pc is like doing a 5 piece puzzle everything can only go into one spot

Well not really .
You can stick the CPU In Upside down.
or stick in the wrong connectors. As they can be confusing sometimes especially if ur running a high power system.

Both are correct. they all go in there designated spot but it is possible to do it wrong.

My advice is to watch plenty of YouTube videos. Its easy to understand once youve watched 3 or 4 videos, you will see a pattern in the way that the hardware is put together to make the build complete.

Just a tip, if your confused when you do build it, ask any of us here or youtube it. Also, if it dont feel like its not going to fit, don't force it

It's only as difficult as you make it. If you're building in an ITX case with big, high-performance parts crammed in, you better have some small hands and be able to take your time. A regular mid-tower build with average parts might take an hour to build with minimal effort.

At the opposite end of the spectrum, you have builds like these: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

I don't like the Lego analogy because it's really not true. You need to know what you're doing or you could make a minor mistake that causes a lot of issues. I've seen people screw the motherboard down without standoffs, causing shorts. The 24-pin can take an unnerving amount of force to insert. The PCI power connectors look an awful lot like the EPS connector(s). Wiring the front panel connectors wrong could cause the power or reset switch pins to be shorted and make the computer behave as if the buttons were always being pressed. People still don't know how to apply thermal paste and not smear it all over the socket.

It's not hard to figure out what you need to do, but you still need to educate yourself.

Completely agree. When i was building there where so many misleading parts to worrie about and quite alot of thing look the same.
It is easy if u have knowledge of what ur doing
If u think its like Lego's your going to mess it up
Guaranteed

This is very true, but don't let it unnerve you one bit. Just do some research and watch a few video's, you'll be building them like Lego in no time.
