I don't know how to build a computer so I can't just build one myself anyone else can give me some advice and how hard is it to build a pc?

Watch some tutorials on youtube, and if you feel confident enough, build it, however you could buy all the parts your self and get someone local to build for you.

go onto youtube and watch the "newegg build a pc" tutorial, the tutorial is 3 parts so just take some time to look into it, the original pc you posted is what schools use and they are not very good infact they are very low end, go with the build it yourself option
