Really? Why would you shoot at kids, the least he could of done was chase them. The gunshots were so unreasonable.

Vandalising the car was wrong and shouldn't have been done in the first place but being shot dead for that is an extreme reaction, shouldn't have happened

In going to agree with the shooter, how did the shooter know what they where doing and who they where it was an act of self defense, the shooter could charge the teens aswell.

So you think that if you see someone throwing food on a car, you have the right to go out and shoot them dead?
Please...

Unless one of them had a gun that was clearly visible, he had absolutely no reason to go out and start shooting.

but how do you know that they weren't carrying a gun they could have easily waited for the shooter to come out and shoot him sorry to say but that's my opinion.

Yes they should.
Castle Doctrine states you have the right to defend your your life/family and property with lethal force.

The law should be guidelines, not strict, follow to the letter every time without a thought for the circumstances.
The guy should have thought, "Do they really deserve to die for this?" before he went out and started shooting.
Whether he had the legal right to or not.

Then he should have stayed in the house and called the police.
Acting on bad information and speculation leads to people getting killed for no reason.

Would be different if they did it to his house and something happened to him and he died. Everyone would be screaming "Oh they should be punished for it" Just sayin.

This is ridiculous. No reason at all to shoot at the kids for this. He's really stretching his rights but he should be charged for this.
