Has to be Michael Jordan but besides for him I'd go with Derrick Rose. Before he got injured he was the reigning MVP. I know he's been injured for a while now but just look at the man as a whole. All he's had to endure with back to back leg injures resulting in surgeries, missing all that time, and all the while staying extremely positive. He's honestly an inspiration to many athletes that get injured.
