"System Update Stopped
Can't read the update from disc. Please reinsert the disc to continue the update.
If the problem persists visit www . xbox . com /support.
Status Code: 335A - 397F - B800 - 0F00 - C000 - 0013 "
i downloaded the dashboard update file from xbox.com, followed all the troubleshoot steps for downloading it to a usb flash drive. i plugged the flash drive into the xbox it started applying the update, it stopped and went back to saying the above.
Can anyone please help me??

you tried live chat with xbox give them the status code they will find the problem

yes i did they refered me to xbox.com because they didnt understand why it wouldnt work.

did you chat with the actual experts and not the ambassador? the 2nd on in the list?
