Has anyone on here ordered an xbox one controller from Imagine customs? I was just wondering because they are a pack of useless *****, sorry for the language, I'm just so pissed off. I ordered an xbox one controller exactly a month ago today, and it still hasn't came, they took the $92 out of my bank account, I have emailed them 3 times, and no reply. I just want to know is this a normal amount of time for a controller to be sent, or are they just complete **** heads? Thanks

never heard of them but i got a custom 360 controller and it only took a week

I've heard of them, it takes them 6-8 weeks to make and then 1-2 to ship. It takes forever and I personally have never ordered a controller from them. Just wait it out nothing else you can really do.
