Terrible news but i'm from UK..somebody explain to me what a semi is over in US?

A semi over here is an 18-wheeler truck.

G4S wrote Late at night and the two little girls were alone and crossing the road (from reading comment via the link given) it seems like they shouldn't have been doing so, they should be with a parent or guardian so they are accompanied by someone of an authority.

However, a life has been lost and this is terrible. The girl had a short life and now her family have suffer Sad I hope the family and friends of the girl can see it through the tough time


People are saying the Mother was at work when she got a call about her daughter. I haven't heard anything about a Dad being around anywhere.
