If you mod a car in and change the windows to anything. Then the green doesn't work. It has to have no window tint selected. And not none either. Itworks the same as turbo. If you select one it doesn't work.
To do this:
Type: TTG as your liscense plate. Then save and extract the psin. Open HXD and open the file. Search TTG. From the front of the set of three numbers scroll down ten lines. Then over three. On the fourth one Type "1C" And it will put a green window tint. It is easier to notice the the sunlight.
Hope this helped.

ok thanks guys. Ive been changing it from the Limo tint, and it usually ends up a dark green.
An eye squinting, Black, with a small tint of green.
