Just plug the second monitor into the 270X, as that card can support 3-4 monitors at once.
But the 270X cancels out the on board VGA graphics. If you need to, get a Analog to Digital adapter if your monitor uses VGA!

So this cant be done ? The 270x doesnt have VGA , I seen a video that showed how to do this but i didnt know the bios settings. I dont want to game on the other one so thats why i didnt bother attempting to hook it up to the 270x

Why don't you just connected your primary and secondary monitor directly to the graphics card?
Bare in mind that if you connect 1 monitor to the onboard and the other to the graphics card then windows will only enable you to use extended desktop and not clone display.
I have looked around and found out that your motherboard does not support this as when you enable a graphics card it auto disables the onboard graphics.
Just buy a dvi to vga adapter and then you can connect your monitor strait to the graphics card.
