Looking for two people to join my clan!
Must be good team players and hardly ever lose!
If you can't play all 3 days for the full 4 hours then I don't want you in the clan!
We are participating in Pacific time Diamond
Unless you think you are better than the average, do not apply
Looking for serious Diamond division players
People who can hold their own but also work good with a team

Honestly, if you want more players in your clan, you'd want to lower the expectations. Most people are just in Ghosts clans for the camos/badges, and to have fun.
Tryharding isn't really that big anymore, sorry to say.

But as for a 2.00 K/D, that's the thing that irritates me. I'm good at the game when I want to be, and could easily maintain a 2.5 + K/D. I mostly fool around though because the COD franchise is getting somewhat old and tryharding is just the same as it was in Bo2. It's fun in the beginning, but get's old by January.

I asked for "near" a 2.0 K/D anything from a 1.5+ is acceptable. If I had put 1.5+ then people with 1.0 would be asking to join... you get what I am saying?
