Okay, so I have this one "friend." She is supposedly my best friend, but she keeps ditching me. It has been going on for a while, but has gotten worse since she has gotten a new boyfriend. She has always told me she would never get into fantasy or science-fiction, or video games. I recommended The Hobbit and Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy to her to read. She turned them both in a week later, unable to get past the first chapter in both. Weeks later, she gets mad at anyone who hasn't read them. Three days ago, my friend and I were talking about video games when her and her boyfriend walk up. He joins in on our conversation. We start talking about past CoD games. Trenton starts complaining about noobtubes. She asks, "What's a noobtube?" He responds, "It's a grenade launcher, honey." She gets mad, storms off after the bell rings, muttering, "Well, how am I supposed to know that?" She hasn't talked to me in two days now since then. Besides the point of her telling all the guys at school that she is really into video games and constantly calls herself a nerd/geek.

I'm sorry this is really long, but I don't know what to do about all this. Quite honestly, I'm getting tired of it and all the lies. Any advice?
