You make no sense whatsoever and I highly doubt you "build" Jtag consoles, because they're not built they're just modified by adding in wires and rewriting the NAND... Don't try and be an attention hog ;)
I would recommend using the FSD DVD Extract feature to extract the game files onto your HDD, it's a lot less sensitive than XeX Menu and has a higher success rate. If the disc isn't being read in FSD then you may have an incorrect DVD Key on the drive

I would try to use freestyle dashboard. If that doesnt work just download the game and put it on via usb.

Why wouldn't you use xexmenu? I got 1.2 to work without a flaw

In my opinion it's just easier to use FSD and use the DVD extract feature, and XeX Menu is extremely sensitive when reading files. For example, if my disc were slightly scratched, XeX Menu may not be able to save the full game onto my HDD, and stop wherever it finds an error. Game won't boot because of the minor fault. But if I use the same disc, but I use FSD to download it, then it'll download the full game anyways, may be missing something minor, but it'll still load and run properly
