So I live in South Carolina, we have gotten two snow storms this year. We have also gotten a major ice storm. I'm okay with one snow, and we usually don't get any at all. You can tell that the south isn't that equipped for that kind of weather (case and point, Atlanta).
We have already lost a lot of free days too. Total we have been out of school for like 2 1/2 weeks...I miss the casual warmth here.
Why do you think we have gotten this? Weather cycles, etc.
3-4 Inches got us out of school for a week....Is that sad?

Hey, I live in South Carolina, too! (It's not like I know you or anything..) Anyways, I really like the snow, but I don't really want anymore. AP exams aren't going to get moved, and we don't need to fall any farther behind. I don't really know what caused the sudden change, but yeah.

I am from the UK and here we rarely get snow, maybe once every few years.
I would love to have a white Christmas like some places get.
However, snow is fun for the first couple of days as you can snowball fight etc. but after that it become boring and you just want it to go away as it causes problems such as traffic etc.

Yea, in some places people were sliding off roads and hitting each other with the ice, it was bad.

You would hate having to live in the great white north like me then looking out my window at 3 to 4 feet of snow on our lawns and sidewalks etc... with snow piles on the sides of peoples drive ways from shoveling that are 5 to 6 feet high /= spring will here soon though thank god.
Edit* oh yeah and i forgot to mention the god dam blizzards/extreme snow storms everyday lol wish i lived some where warm.

Well, I'm glad I don't live up there, and the difference is we arn't prepared and used to this weather. I'm also glad that it's spring soon.

Eh, we had a few storms in Missouri. The best storms we had in years. Total, we got around 20-24 inches in the matter of 2 weeks. The snow is really fun until you have to make up the school days. I had to start the semester 2 weeks late and it screwed us over with finals. I find snow fun, even though I have to drive everywhere.
