you dont do that unless your idevice is on IOS 5 or below. Your on IOS 7 so you can skip that step.

You could, but that would be the long way. the directions show you how to install the hack on your device, without a computer.

I found out why I couldn't do it. I was using google chrome instead of safari that's why I couldn't download it

I copy the file "pool" to the one inside of "pool.app" and I respring my phone and the app just crashes

you need to set the permissions of the file to Read,Write,Execute it says that in the directions.
