I just did this and I can guarantee this is totally legit. I mean for the "thiefmodcompetion.com" website you don't even have to input real info. Just enough to get your code. Than follow the step below.

1) Go here: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
2) Fill out name and email (you can use fake name and email)
3) Get Amazon code for Thief Gold.
4) Go here: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
5) Click Purchase
6) Apply Amazon code from Step 3 to bring price to $0.00.
7) Buy game for $0.00.
8) Get Steam key from Amazon library.
9) Redeem on Steam.
