Hey guy's I've noticed my Nat has been Moderated since I've had my xbox one. Does this effect my game on COD and is there a way of changing it to open?

it means you wont be able to connect to some people, so go to the dashboard then system setting then go network settings & test connection if that doesnt work restart your xbox it may be also to many people stressing out your router(too many people using the same internet)
