Hello TTG people,
I created this topic for one reason and that is the gym, i know a lot of people on here go to the gym and workout but i thought i would create this post for people who take their gym work seriously and for other who want to start so i thought if there was a post where everyone could share they're workout plans and even diet plans for everything.
If enough people are interested in this is will make this post better and split it up into different parts like size gaining workouts, strength gaining, cardio etc so please tell me if you would be interested in this and i will create it!
also forgot to add in college i am studying to become a personal trainer so this would really help me and also if anyone wanted i could do a request service and help people create a small workout programme for them i think it is a good idea what you do think ?

i will only create a part on the topic for things like exercise supplements like protein shakes and which ones everyone prefers and stuff
