It's really easy to bring cars online. You could easily do it yourself, all you need is a PC which I'm assuming you have and a USB stick.

You don't need a computer to bring them online. Only to mod the cars. If he does't want a modded car he can just go find it and drive it into LSC then bring it online

I just assumed he was going to mod in TT and Nos, you're right though a computer isn't needed to bring the car from SP to MP.
