I wouldn't risk it if you use the console online as lots of people get banned for playing early

It is not really worth it to play early, plus there is a high risk of a ban by playing early.

You will most likely get banned, you would be VERY lucky not to be banned.

You can use it early on a jtag. Online with a jtag on a early game is ok as you are going to get banned anyway. With a flashed xbox don't play it until others are getting early legit copies. They will hand you a console ban with early games on flashed xboxs. I get all the games early for my jtag but offline use mostly.

I played games early a lot and was not banned.
The main rule is to make sure they are verified by abgx.
I always stayed away from the big games tho like halo, gears and GTA playing those early was just asking to be banned.
