I just got it and plugged it in and nothing turned on accept the demon switch and the red light in the back

so everything plugged in av/hdmi you have power ? can you see the little red light inside the console ? if you can its obviously got power what happens when you try boot it ? any noise lights ?

Just like most Falcon RGH's they have bad boot times turn on the console and wait a good 15 to 90 seconds and it will turn on properly its best to time your boot times to get an idea of when its going to turn on because they dont always turn on first boot ..
