Does anyone have a spare code for being a beta tester (update tester) i will rep you, i have 15 reputation power (not alot but its all i have) it would be really appreciated

To beta test updates you need to sign up on Xbox.com, unfortunately the sign-up window has closed and will not be accepting any more applicants for another 1 to 2 months. They aren't offered via code.

EDIT: There are access codes given under certain conditions but those are account locked.

They are sending codes to random people, and the app that you download with the code isnt account locked. You can gameshare it with your friend. I let mine gameshare with me.
