Right my Budget is 15k as my insurance claim came through Dont have to Spend all of it
So I will use the computer for Photoshop, Sony vegas those sort of programs. I will also game on it, the monitor in not included already got one.

15K. you don't need to spend anywhere near that much. 2K will be overkill for what you need.

The PC in question was 8K, for that price I would want A LOT better.
For example,
open loop cooling
Socket 2011
Watercooled GPU's

That pc is not good in any way, Xeons are shit for playing games, they are SERVER processors, Dual sli titans? meh, titan is shit now anyway.
A pc with a 4770k and dual 290x/780ti will kick its ass any day. AND, it would be much cheaper.

1,000 or 1,200 is what you should spend and gtx 660 or gtx 760 should work
