Use bancore or paypal, if you can't get either. Ask someone else who got it to work. They most likely have a bancore that you could use.

It isn't the easiest glitch to do. Some accounts don't work with this promo anymore, so if yours doesn't, you may have to find another way to make live. I recommend you use bing rewards. Once you hit gold, you make the credits required for 1 month in 23 days, so it is an easy method if this doesn't work for you.
