okay so heres the dealio,
im going to get an AMD FX-8320 cpu and need to find a suitable budget mobo for this cpu, no need to worry about anything else i have that all sorted, i have a 600W PSU and a coolermaster 430 elite case, any suggestions? also the price could do with being under 60

Thanks for the suggestions, i think MATX is out of bounds as im getting a 212 evo cooler and supposedly that board can only OC to 4Geez as i know a mate whos got it, is this true?

No, there's no hard limit on overclocking just because it's mATX. Its power delivery is as good as other boards like it and it has an 8-pin CPU power connector as opposed to the other boards in your price range which have a 4-pin. The only real downside of mATX is that there's not as much space for PCIe slots. The GA-78LMT-USB3 also does not have SATA III, but even if you are using an SSD, you'd be surprised how little effect this has on performance.
