Is there usually one before the TOTW leaves? And if so what happy hour is it usually?

I'm to sure but I would wait till the new TOTWs come out you got a better chance of getting one then.

Yeah because EA program it so only a certain amount of a certain TOTW will be in packs so by the end of the week must will be gone.

Usually Between 4 - 5 & Its Usually 35,000 Coin Packs & You Can Only Open 2 Of Them, Good Luck
