This wasn't murder, murder has to be premeditated.
In the UK this is called Voluntary Manslaughter.
He did something stupid in the heat of the moment, I've never in my life heard of anyone being killed in one punch, and although he obviously meant to harm the guy, there is no way he could have known he would kill him.

I think 4 years is too soft of a sentence, but life, or even death as some of you have called for, are a little extreme in my opinion.

Just think this guys life's ruined now until the day he dies. Like i say death penalty is stupid and if people believe it should be reintroduced in the uk then they also are stupid there was several factors why the death penalty was abolished in the uk years ago.

This made me angry seeing this as the guy who was killed had a disability and i feel for every person who has a disability. The guy did not know he was going to kill him yeah i agree he should of got atleast got 15 years but at the end of the day if this guy could take what he done back i truly believe he would.

The guy is more than likely to be out after just a year and abit but chances of him getting a job and his life back on track really slim. So i wouldn't really worry about this guy as he's gonna have a guilt feeling his whole life and end up a dole bum.

This is absolutely stupid. He only got 4 years!?

This is why we need the death penalty here in the uk. To get rid of these absolutely heartless people.

I would think that he would've gotten 25+ considering that his actions resulted in death of an innocent citizen, but thats not up to me to decide.
