So I am trying to do a money glitch and its working, but the only problem is that my Z-type is only selling for $28,675 which is far less than what it should be. Any way to sell it for more?

That is because you got the car from the SP to MP method or it was modded in. When that happens the cars aren't full value.

So does mine but if I dupe it it sells for 120k if I use the rebel to bypass the 45min waiting

Selling high priority cars can sell for high prices, but cars under 50,000 only sell for 10,000, this was to stop cars being sold all the time since you can sell cars under 50,000 and Rockstar figured that if another duplication exploit/glitch and a way to bypass the 45 min was found that cars under 50,000 you would only receive 10,000 which meant people wouldn't do it because the price is to low
