I believe it. I've woken up between those hours before and had such an eerie feeling as to where I couldn't even fall back asleep. It was even like a physical feeling. Before I even check the clock I could just sense something was out of line. Also explain how we can catch people staring at us all the time. It's almost to easy because we have an ability to sense when we are being looked at.

Modern media influences people massively when it comes to fears.
Take the fear of flying, there is pretty much no way that it can be evolutionary considering that people have only been flying for just over 100 years.
Flying is one of the safest ways to travel, yet people are still terrified of it.
This is almost certainly because of TV and movies showing horrific crashes and bad situations.

I think this is the same reason why people's minds play tricks on themselves when they're in a dark room or a 'haunted building.'
If you go into an old building with the presupposition that it is haunted, your mind is going to pay more attention to small details and associate them with the possibility of a haunting.
In turn this plays with your emotions and you could even begin hallucinating slightly, probably why ghosts are always described as fleeting images rather than in your face 'get the hell out of my building' entities.

You know you're getting know where by arguing with this right. There is little proof that ghosts exists, only personal experiences. But there is also no proof that ghosts are just mind games. That is just based on loose and unstable evidence. But you can't seriously believe that EVERYONE who has actually seen a ghost (not small details) is lying, do you?

I do belive i had a experince once my door flug open and slamed a hole in y=the wall but i dont wake up at that time in the morning

Strangely I wake up at 3:08 every night, or most nights, I look at my red clock on the roof and it says 3:08, the first thing i see, weird thing is I was born at 3:08am, so maybe someone is watching over me, highly unlikely since I sleep like a pig and Butt naked, so unlucky to the ghost, but I do wake up most nights at this specific time.... Weird.

I think there's a difference between lying and being untruthful.
If you don't know you're lying then you can easily pass a lie detector test for instance.
If someone has an experience and then they attribute it to a ghost, then they don't actually know they're lying, lying wouldn't even be the right word for it, just misinforming someone.

So, I do think every reported instance of a supernatural being is a false claim or something being reported as something else, or simply a lie, yes.

The burden of proof here lies with the person who claims something supernatural.
If I said that leprechauns exist I would have to prove that, you wouldn't have to prove that they didn't.
Debating the existence of ghosts isn't to try and prove that they don't exist, it's to stop it becoming a generally held belief that they do exist.

I don't believe this is true, you could wake up due to a number of reasons. There is a type of Insomnia which causes you to wake up in the middle of the night.

I believe this is true my mam passed away just over a month ago and I still believe she is with me I took a picture of me beside her grave and it came out blurry so we took 3 more the 2nd one was blurry again, the 3rd one there was an orb beside my head and the 4th was okay I don't believe the when you die your born into a new person though

String Theory suggests there may be another dimension in which spirits or imprints of the once living could be in, very loosely suggests that is. It basically tries to suggest there is more than one spatial dimension. Possible that spirits exists in another dimension but they'd be trapped in that dimension.
