I live in Norway and its really expensive here. An ASUS GeForce GTX 780 3GB costs 678 USD here, so thats how it is here.

That is not far of the real price, and you can run bf4 on ultra with a 270x/770 you don't need a 780.

As I said, it really depends on what you want to play. An 780 is still overkill, but it will come in handy.
