Link to your TX thread? Some proof of some sort? Because right now you could be just bullshitting the whole story. If your going to make a strong accusation like that then you should provide some proof to back it up.

I doubt it has anything to do whether or not its a clone or not they all work on the same bases. possibly its a rgh2? phat console? or did you load something on the hard drive and just mad cause you did something and just mad at yourself? no reason to flame his shop etc. and instead of making this outrageous post why not contact 5kmods and see if he replies. he service is great no matter what chip he uses . and also ever think mabye he used a clone cause his supplier had ran out ? possible X-consoles ran out of chips? stop and think before you post will help you out in the long run and wont make you look like an A**

I agree 100%. And to set some of your Facts straight, Especially for the Coolrunners. TX Products are also made in china. They are set to a higher standard than the clones, such as smoothing off the chip and placing labels on the IC. I hope you do know, with the Clone, it is the EXACT same chip as the TX CR. And I mean EXACT. The ICs, Caps, Resistors, Everything. It is just not held to the highest standard, so it may not look pretty. No one cared about looks on these. We care that it works. And what does it matter that it isnt made by TX? You going to tell him he isnt allowed to use Maximus products, or the X360 Glitch Chip? You are just Making an A** out of yourself. If it was working Fine before, Why would you say it is the chip that died? I just repaired a Corona the other day that had a CR3 Lite in it. Not a Clone, The original. Doing the same thing. I had to rebuild the nand, as the customer had screwed it up with changing settings.

Do some research before you go and post something like this. I have heard nothing bad at all about 5K, so I doubt it is his work. Get over it, and accept that it may have n=been your fault.

Xconsoles does not always stock coolrunners, thus making it only possible to aquire them at times through ebay, When I order from ebay and see 500+ feedback about the clone working fine there is no difference, Team-xecuter is in asia its the same chips regardless of which chip you buy (matrix,squirt ect) all use Xlinix chip. Just because xecuter is having a hardtime with copyright doesn't mean the chip is trash like they make it out too be, if I remember right xecuter made a DGX to profit off us when they could have just released the ECC's so we could use normal chips ... Funny how that all changed and the ECCs were leaked making them look horrible.

You say it blinks green so the fault with your system is not behind the quality of the chip it is possibly a defective console in which I warranty fully but you haven't made a single attempt to address it with me other then in this post on my thread. This could also have been a issue caused by XBLSE, Files, Bad flash/update. Just look at Rodent,and sala's reaction alone that tells you that both these veteran modders. It worked when it arrived and it is still blinking(sending the pulse to CPU).

Anyone who has bought from me knows I stand behind my consoles reagardless of policies if you had legitimate problem with your console past 60 days I am always obligated to atleast offer a repair or see what really was the cause and dicuss a resolution one on one.

I picked up a clone just to compare, and I can vouch that they're identical components, with no difference performance.
I wouldn't be surprised if the 'clones' are made on the same production line as the official Coolrunners.

Thought I will right my first real review.

5k offers by far the best services I have ever used in my life. I never hesitate to put the extra dollar for him so that he can provide me with a service. In total I've had 3 consoles from him and all reach high expectation.

Regarding Jtag/RGH:
-His consoles boot fast. Fast! I've never experienced a faster boot from any other console besides him.
-Reliable. I've never really had any much trouble with his consoles.
-Get what you ask for. I know this may be a common sense quote but It's true! You'll always get what you ask for.

I actually recieved my Corona v4 RGH installed console today and it works not great but amazing! 5-10 second boot. No freezing or faults with the chip. Overall just amazing.
